Skalytics ("Skalytics", "we", "us") is a marketing dashboard app and website made by SkaleUp Consultants, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. It shows a business its website, Google, Facebook, Instagram and WordPress results in one place. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can delete it.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, business name, email address and password (stored only as a secure one-way hash).
- Things you send in the app: service requests, approvals and feedback on content, and messages to our team.
Information from accounts you connect
Only when you choose to connect them, and only with read-only permission:

We also store the access tokens that let us read this data. They are encrypted.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: basic technical information such as device type, app version and error logs, used to keep the app working.
- Notifications: if you allow notifications, a push token for your device so we can send you alerts.
2. How we use information
- To show you your marketing dashboard, insights and reports.
- To let SkaleUp Consultants deliver the services you or your business asked for.
- To send account emails (welcome, email confirmation, password reset, account changes) and, if you allow them, alerts such as new leads or reviews.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems and improve it.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles for any purpose other than showing you your own results.
3. Google user data
Skalytics asks Google for read-only access to Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Business Profile, only after you sign in with Google and approve it. We use this data only to show your business its own performance in Skalytics.
Skalytics' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not let humans read it except with your permission, for security, or when required by law, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
4. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) data
Skalytics uses Facebook Login for Business to read insights for the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts you choose. We use this data only to show your business its own performance. We comply with the Meta Platform Terms.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run Skalytics:
- The SkaleUp Consultants team serving your business.
- Service providers that work for us under contract: hosting (Hostinger), email delivery (Resend and Google Workspace), and app notifications (Expo). They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and others.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. How long we keep information
- Account and dashboard data: while your account is active.
- Monthly performance numbers: kept so you can see trends; deleted when your account is deleted.
- Sync logs: 60 days. WordPress form leads in the plugin: up to 2 years, then deleted automatically.
- Backups: deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days.
7. Deleting your data and disconnecting accounts
- Delete your account in the app: Account → Sign-in & security → Delete my account.
- Delete your account on the web: api.skalytics.ai/api/account/delete
- Disconnect a single account: in the app, Account → Connected accounts → Manage → Disconnect.
- Remove our access from Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Remove our access from Facebook: Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → remove Skalytics.
- By email: write to support@skalytics.ai and we will delete your data within 30 days.
If you created your business account yourself and you are its only user, deleting your account deletes the business account and all of its data. If SkaleUp Consultants manages your business, deleting your login removes your personal login; contact us to remove the rest.
8. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, store passwords as one-way hashes, encrypt the access tokens for connected accounts, and limit staff access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects you, as required by law.
9. Children
Skalytics is a business tool for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and other US states), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising (we do neither). To use these rights, email support@skalytics.ai. We will not treat you differently for using them.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we will update the date above and let you know in the app or by email.
